A baby cot is free of charge and must be reserved in advance.
Children up to 3 years of age stay free of charge.
Children aged 3 to 7 sharing a bed with an accompanying adult pay only for the selected meals.
Children aged 7 to 12 in a separate bed pay 70% of the bed price. The parent must present the child's health card or an ID document with the personal identification number.
Parking is free of charge for hotel guests.

Payment terms and methods

Prices are quoted in RSD per person for the selected room type, VAT included.
Breakfast is included in the price of the stay.
The price does not include the tourist tax of 110.00 RSD per person per day, nor the insurance fee of 15.00 RSD per person per day. Children up to 7 years pay only the insurance fee; guests aged 7 to 15 pay the insurance and a tourist tax reduced by 50%.
Payment can be made in cash, by bank transfer, or by card: Visa, Dina, Master, Maestro. The Hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards.
If payment is made by a company, an advance of 50% based on the proforma invoice is required at least 2 days before the guest's arrival.
If payment is made by a tour operator for pre-arranged accommodation of a tourist or other group, an advance of 50% is required no later than 14 days before arrival at the Hotel.
Payments from abroad can be made to the Hotel's foreign currency account (bank charges are borne by the payer; otherwise the charges will be billed at the Hotel reception) or by credit card (the Hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise).
All additional guest charges, such as mini-bar and other extra services, are settled at check-out.

If a confirmed reservation is cancelled 3 days before arrival, the Hotel will not charge the client. In case of no-show, cancellation or any change to the reservation less than 3 days before arrival, the Hotel reserves the right to charge the equivalent of one night with breakfast at the agreed accommodation rate.
In case of a group reservation cancellation, the cancellation of an announced and confirmed group by the service user must be submitted in writing.
A group is defined as 10 or more people staying and using the Hotel's services in an organised manner. A confirmed group is one for which the travel organiser has agreed, in writing or by paying an advance, to the offered terms and payment methods that form an integral part of the Hotel's operations.
A reservation will be cancelled free of charge if the group's stay is cancelled at least 14 days before the agreed service date.
If a group reservation is cancelled less than 14 days but more than 7 days before the start of services, the Hotel reserves the right to charge 40% of the agreed contract value as damages.
If a group reservation is cancelled less than 7 days but more than 48 hours before the start of services, the Hotel reserves the right to charge 50% of the agreed contract value as damages.
If a group reservation is cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled date, the Hotel reserves the right to charge 80% of the agreed contract value as damages.
